Description || The 2020 growing season had many challenges; old and windy over Spring, hot and dry through Summer, and wet finish to Autumn. Tricky conditions for many varieties–but perfect for this rich dessert wine crafted from our small patch of Viognier. Traditionally our last pick of the season, the raisined berries are hand picked: a slow process resulting in a tiny crop. But what a special wine it makes; with a nose of marmalade and ripe apricot, and the same deep flavours filling the palate and lingering enticingly.
