Description || This wine is ‘out of the box’ for Box Grove… a tiny release of a complex sparkling rosé made by the Traditional Method, and aged in the bottle for ten years in a cool, dark cellar. A splash of young Shiraz at disgorging has added a pale pink hue and the delicate fragrance of ripe red berries to the yeasty complexity and body of our aged Sparkling Roussanne.
