Winemakers Notes || Piquette: From the French meaning “prickle” (a little bit of fizz). Made from organic Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc skins – re-hydrated and fermented. Off dry, aromatic, lighter in alcohol.
Tasting Notes ||
Colour: Precious Dewdrop- light green to copper hues.
Bouquet: Herbal citrus and fruit florals dominate on the nose.
Palate:Prickly on the palate (like a mild kombucha) with a lively fruitiness. Honey and rose petal notes.
Cellaring || Minimal Intervention, minimal sulphur – keep cool and drink young.
