Vintage || Orange and Central Ranges NSW
Winemaking|| Delightful blend of Shiraz, Sangiovese, Barbera and Pinot Gris. Ligh pink and cloudy visuals from the finishing of primary fermentation in bottle to create the bubbles. Selection across two of our premium Central West Vineyards.
Winemakers Notes || Shiraz, Sangiovese, Barbera and Pinot Gris. This refreshing style is loaded with fresh pear and citrus flavours. Textured charm from the suspended solids of bottle fermentation remains.
Hand bottled || Very limited stock!!
Tasting Notes ||
Colour: Sunset Peach – Hues of vibrant, bright pink.
Bouquet: Notes of sour cherry and raspberry with yeasty aromas.
Palate: A similarly zesty but textured palate follows on taste, leaving a refreshing and lingering flavour to savour.
