Vinyard || Orange NSW
Winemaking || Harvested in the early hours of the morning to preserve the fruit’s vibrant acidity and delicate aromas, the grapes underwent a gentle pressing. The juice was then fermented at a cool temperature in stainless steel tanks, a method that helps retain the fresh and lively character typical of Prosecco. To enhance fermentation was carried out, which allowed us to capture the fine bubbles that are a signature of this style.
