Region || Orange & Central Ranges NSW
Winemaking || Oak and malolactic fermentation are used to build richness and texture. A cool, wet spring and long growing season produced fruit with lovely energy and great flavour.
Bottling || Completely indiscernible from glass bottled wine in blind taste tests, this series features high quality wines of terroir – fruit from the cool climate regions of Orange and the Central Ranges and are truly regional in style. A dozen case weighs just 10kg compared to 18kg of the same wine in glass bottles making them less strenuous to carry, and they’re also smash proof – perfect for the outdoor enthusiast. The bottles are also reusable as ice packs when refilled with water and frozen, and less energy-consuming to produce and transport. Made from PET (a BPA free plastic), these bottles are the same material as water bottles and other common soft drink bottles, just made from recycled materials and are also reusable or recyclable again after use.
