Winemaking|| Warm and dry growing season with ripe fruit characters. Harvested in the cool of the night and reductively handled the juice to preserve delicate fruit characters of our organic high altitude vineyards. Vineyard parcels were all fermented cool in stainless steel to maximise varietal expression. Blended and bottled young for maximum refreshment
Tasting Notes ||
Colour: Brilliant straw green.
Nose: Perfumed, lifted wine with notes of orange blossom and limey citrus fruits.
Palate: Pure and elegant, bursting with limes, rose petals. Playful sugar is balanced by a zesty, thirst- quenching acid finish.
Cellaring || Consumed young within 4 years for best flavour.
